Our Approach
We do not use salesmen. We do not cold call. We prefer people to call us up and have an informal chat about their requirements before we meet face to face.
After we have had an informal chat about your requirements we arrange a meeting at our offices in Hepworth, Huddersfield. We will visit you if you prefer but it can sometimes be more beneficial for you to visit our offices as we can show you what we have done for previous clients.
Stage 0.1
We normally sit down over a coffee and have an informal chat to discuss your requirements. For example, we will determine what you are looking for and how you want to achieve it.
We will walk you through our design process and show how you will be involved throughout the design process. We will set objectives and answer any questions that you may have.
Stage 0.2
We then draw up an action plan and document all your requirements. We produce all these planning documents for your revision and once you are completely comfortable, we enter the design phase.
Stage 0.3
The stage which clients like best, the design phase. Constant feedback between Wonkey Monkey and yourselves are included in this phase. We never take a design and run. You are included at every stage.
Stage 0.4
Sign off. The design is approved and signed off. Wonkey Monkey are always available after a project is completed. Our commitment to your project does not end with sign off.
